Absolutely amazing customer service!

Had an issue with the glare through office windows, almost totally obstructing views of the computer monitor by mid afternoon. Called the Black Optix office and was connected to Chad, the owner, who responded immediately. A crew followed up promptly and now my issue is no more! The team who came into my home were courteous, skilled, and had the issue resolved in no time with the Black Optix Tint product. I'll definitely be calling to schedule further jobs with this company and will refer them to others.

After two years in the city, it was indeed time to tent the two front windows on my vehicle - I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. I waited in the lobby during the installation and by the time I responded to a few emails, took a call from a client, and reviewed my calendar, I was back in the car and driving to a meeting. I should’ve left this review a while back after getting my home windows tinted, but I wanted to make sure I still said something. Chad was great on the front end and made everything simple to set up. Bryson handled the install, and he really delivered. His professionalism stood out right away, and you can tell he pays attention to the small details everything came out clean with no issues. He also worked around my schedule (as I was working during installation) without any hassle, which I appreciated. The whole process felt easy from start to finish. Chad also followed up after the install to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was completely satisfied, which I really appreciated not many shops do that anymore. Chad and Bryson make a solid team. I’ll be back to have my vehicle done and my daughter’s townhome next. Definitely recommend.
